MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

With only two months of this year left, there's a feeling of new beginnings in the air for New Zealand as we look forward to a general election, fresh innovation and new ways of teaching entrepreneurship in the New Year.

In this issue you'll find the highlights of ExportNZ's election manifesto - the issues that matter to Kiwi exporters. I'd love to hear your feedback on this.

Also, there is some first-of-its-kind training in commercialisation and entrepreneurship coming out of Auckland Business School in 2012. Something many of today's successful entrepreneurs wish had been available when they were starting out.

Add to all of this, new developments such as science funding opportunities, free trade agreements and new collaborations to offer better R&D services, and you'll find there's plenty of positive stuff to make use of and get involved in.
